    After my 520d's replacement engine snapped it's timing chain, I was faced with the prospect of replacing it for a second time with the exact same risk of it happening again. Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I tracked down Louis and could not be happier with his knowledge and professionalism. What he doesn't know about the N47 engine isn't worth knowing. The process and pricing was very clear and the car was collected the next day. I was kept up to date on it's progress and collected the car from his workshop the next week. The engine now has all the latest BMW guides and tensioners to prevent this happening again. It is so much smoother and quieter, pulls better from lower revs and has better mpg. Louis could definitely teach BMW UK a thing or two about customer service. I now plan to keep my car for another 100k miles!!
